Replacement Fuel Pump Kit for Johnson, Evinrude 0435780, 435780, 0435786, 435786 Boat Engine
Specs - 4-Wire Pump, but is used to replace on 40HP, 50HP & 3 Cylinder 60 TTL engines. Refer to images 2 & 3 for more information
Includes - (1) Fuel Pump, (1) Connector and Lead, (1) Socket Terminal, (1) 1-Socket Plug, (1) Fuel Outlet Fitting, (1) Thin O-Ring, (1) Thick O-Ring, (1) Threaded Pulse Limiter, (2) Pulse Fittings, (1) Small Retainer, (2) Small Retainer Screws, (1) Large Retainer, (2) Large Retainer Screw, (1) Connector Retainer, (1) Pin Terminal, (1) 1-Pin Receptacle; comes as shown in the first image
Note: 1985 and 1986 (CO and CD Model) motors that were never updated to a rubber mounted pump will need conversion kit number (0175225, 175225)
This fuel pump comes with a 4 wire plug instead of a 3 wire plug that original VRO pumps had. This kit includes the attachment to make it a 4 wire plug (purple wire). It's to be attached to your terminal block. It's a more reliable way to get the 12 volts to the warning horn. With the 3 wire the warning horn was ran off the charging system, which in cases would send faulty alarm sounds or not send one when needed. Now with the purple wire you get 12 volts as soon as you turn the key on
