ATPEAM 34PCS Coolant System Pressure Tester Kit | Cooling System Coolant Vacuum Refill Kit Automotive Tools for Radiator Leak Test & Coolant Fill Purge Service for Cars Trucks How to Use 1.Make sure the car's radiator is in a cold state before opening the radiator cap, choose a suitable radiator test adapter according to vehicle model and detailed instruction 2.Tighten the port of the water tank and check whether the rubber ring is in full conformity. Connect the quick coupler with radiator tester cap. 3.Press on the hand pump pressure detector till the gauge pointer stays between 10~15psi. Wait to observe the pointer change. (1) If the pointer stays still for several minutes, it means there's no leakage and can be used normally. (2)If it drops, it means leakage exists. Then check all interior pipelines for leak location and take maintenance at where the leak is. Inspect the condition of rubber ring and test another time to ensure the cooling system can work. Test finished. Finally, press the air release valve to exhaust and return the pressure pointer to zero. Radiator Pressure Tester Special design of vacuum purge and refill tool connection allows easy testing for leakage in radiator system and quick change of coolant. The coolant pressure tester kit includes leak detection, temperature measurement and coolant filling functions. The radiator pressure tester pressurizes the reservoir/cap and observes whether the pointer decreases over time to confirm system leakage.
Package List 1 x Radiator manual pressure tester(0-35psi/0-2.5 bar); 1 x Pneumatic vacuum coolant refiller(-30 to 0inHg/ -76 to 0cmHg); 1 x 19" Rubber nylon resin hose; 1 x Thermometer(32 - 400 ℉); 4 x Radiator cap test adapters; 1 x Universal tapered rubber adapter; 17 x Adapters; 1 x Adapter handle; 2 x Connectors; 1x Universal cone rubber adapter with 3 x Black O rings; 1 x Storage case.
Premium Quality Our radiator pressure tester kit for coolant system is made of high-quality brass with good sealing performance and corrosion resistance. 19" Rubber nylon resin hose with anti-corrosion, low fluid resistance, high bearing pressure, ensuring durability and good airtightness. The storage case can fix all of the tool and protect the meter during storage.
Easy to Operate 1.Use a stainless steel thermometer with index range 0 to 200℃ (32 to 400℉) to measure the tank temperature. 2.Attach a suitable adapter and install it in the tank, increase the pressure with a hand pump until it reaches 15-20psi. 3.Check the pressure gauge reading at this point. If the needle goes down, may be a leak in the cooling system. 4.Use a pneumatic vacuum refiller to pump the cooling system using workshop air to create a vacuum, then pump the coolant into the system.
Universal Radiator Pressure Tester The coolant pressure tester kit equipped with 23 test caps for testing cooling systems on most domestic and import vehicles, color coded radiator test caps aid with identifying which cap is needed for each application, so it’s easy for you to choose the suitable test cap for the job without messy. Compatible With VW, BMW, Ford, Opel, Audi, etc.
