KIT-PCO104 Powder Coating Oven Controller Kit, 240V 30A 7200W 2023 Mar update: this DIY kit is updated to KIT-PCO104. This is our basic 30A KIT to DIY your control panel for powder coating oven. The PID controller has built-in timer function, so that it can hold set temperature at a certain amount of time and then shut off power; pressing the blue push button momentarily, it will reset the timer and start another batch. During a batch, one can use a manual switch to turn ON or OFF the heater when needed. The alarm buzzer can be used as either temp alarm or finishing alarm; when it goes off, you can mute it with a manual switch. Wiring diagram and other installation files are available after purchase. The included enclosure comes with complete knockouts for installation. Now we offer the special wiring kit option for this DIY kit. Please check the above option "DIY Kit + Wiring Kit" for the DIY kit with wiring kit. The other option, "DIY Kit Only", doesn't include the wiring kit.
