As you push the rod through the tip it will come out the bottom melted. Apply welding rod across the entire V groove. Mix melted welding rod together with the radiator tank Before the weld cools completely, mix together the welding rod with the radiator plastic until it becomes a uniform color. Allow weld to cool completely Allow the weld to cool completely before testing.
