The aerial nets are rigged like a hammock, so you can lie flat in splits, perform contortion work, and other creative routines that would otherwise be hidden inside a hammock. The net provides more visibility for creative expression.
Aerial nets have very little stretch. We recommend wearing either socks or other foot coverings to stop your toes from getting caught (but no shoes).
