Polylok 20" Round Catch Basin Kits The 20” drain box is the best solution for any situation, small or large. They are used in homes, golf courses, and many, many more sites. Everything you need is included, and with three different setups, your needs will most definitely be met. The 20” drainage boxes are offered with three different configurations – 6-hole, 7-hole, and 8-hole. All three 20” drainage boxes accept 4” seals. The 6-hole box and 7-hole boxes also have the option of using 6” pipe. The seals automatically included with the 20” drainage boxes accept 2”, 3”, 4”, and 4” corrugated pipes. Polylok 20" Round Catch Basin hole configurations: 6 Hole Configuration PN: 3017-20CG6 7 Hole Configuration PN: 3017-207G 8 Hole Configuration PN: 3017-20CG Available Accessories: 20" Solid Cover / Lid PN: 3017-C20 These plastic covers are designed to fit the 20” D-Box or any of the 20” diameter risers. If you need to replace the cover on your D-Box or riser, there is no need to dig up your D-Box or remove the riser. Remove the existing cover, screw down the new one and you’re all set. Fade resistant, available in green. 20" x 2" Riser PN: 3009-GR2 The riser for the 20” round catch basin comes with a gasket, and can be stacked on top of the box, and on top of each other. There are screw holes on the inside of the riser to attach it to the drainage box. Place it on the drainage box the same way you would for the grate, and screw it together. Screw the plastic grate on top or place the cast iron grate on top, and you’re all set. 20" x 6" Riser PN: 3009-NG The riser for the 20” round drainage box comes with a gasket, and can be stacked on top of the box, and on top of each other. There are screw holes on the inside of the riser to attach it to the drainage box. Place it on the drainage box the same way you would for the grate, and screw it together. Screw the plastic grate on top or place the galvanized metal grate on top, and you’re all set. 20" x 12" Riser PN: 3009-R12-NG The riser for the 20” round catch basin comes with a gasket, and can be stacked on top of the box, and on top of each other. There are screw holes on the inside of the riser to attach it to the drainage box. Place it on the drainage box the same way you would for the grate, and screw it together. Screw the plastic grate on top or place the galvanized metal grate on top, and you’re all set. 4" Seal & Nut PN: 3001-SN We are happy to offer the only drain box seal on the market that accepts multiple size pipes. After choosing your inlet/outlet holes and cutting them out, the seal is easy to install. Insert a key or other object through the tear tab in the middle of the seal, and tear along the lines to the size pipe you want to use. It is VERY important to NOT cut the seals. You can only tear the seals out to fit the pipe you will be using. Put the seal up to the hole from the inside of the box, and screw the nut onto the seal from the outside. Make sure the seal is facing the right side up if using anything smaller than 4”. Push the pipe through the seal, and you’re all set. 6" Seal & Nut PN: 3001-SN6 (Not available for 8 Hole configuration) The 6” drainage box seal is already cut to take 6” pipe. As with the 4” seal, push the seal through the hole from the inside, and screw the nut to it from the outside. Push your pipe through, and the easy installation is complete. 20" Steel Grate PN: 3017-ME20 If you have a need for a heavier duty grate, we offer a 20” galvanized metal grate. Installation is easy; take off the plastic grate, and place the galvanized metal grate onto the drainage box or riser.
